Carl W. (Bill) Goltermann, Partner

Mr. Goltermann has spent more than 35 years directing the design, development and construction of commercial real estate both in Southern California and across the US. Previously he held management positions with both public real estate development firms, Chelsea Property Group (CPG:NYSE) and McDonnell Douglas Realty Group, as well as private Southern California based real estate developers, Lowe Enterprises, The Irvine Company and Litchfield Advisors.

Bill has completed more than 5 million square feet of commercial development. This includes several large build-to-suit office-campus projects for Fortune 100 firms. Throughout his career he has been responsible for over $2 billion in commercial, institutional and residential development.

Mr. Goltermann earned a BS degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Mr. Goltermann is on the board of directors of a closely held manufacturing firm based in the Chicago area and the Southern California Children’s Chorus based in Newport Beach.
